Rolling Ridge South

Rolling Ridge South is a great place to live! Nice homes, with a mix of families from all age groups. Close to schools, close to downtown Olathe, beautiful new walking trail that goes out to Ernie Miller Nature Center. This page has been started specifically for the those living on the blocks of W. Ferrel Drive and Oscar--but all in the RR South area are invited to join in! 

What we'd like to accomplish in 2010: (Please send suggestions!!!!)

1. Create a Neighbor Directory. (Meet friends, know who your kids are playing with, lend a helping hand, find a babysitter, create a walking or similar interest group, be neighborly).

2.  Adopt the portion of the new trail from W. Ferrel Drive to Elm to keep it clutter free.  Adopt-a-stream Program.

3.  Organize a "Meet Your Neighbors Block Party" this summer.

4.  Create a Neighborhood Watch Group and get a couple of McGruff houses established for our children's safety.

5. Organize a neighborhood garage sale this summer or fall.
