The District is a Quasi-governmental entity of the State of Colorado; established under Title 32, known as the ''Special District Act''. The District serves the Roxborough Park Subdivision and Roxborough Village, as well as approximately 250 acres to the North. Approximately 3400 acres total.
The District bills for water and wastewater services every two months. The minimum bill for the District is $92.32 every billing cycle and water usage is additional. The average bill in the District is $125.00. That figure can double in the Summer with outside watering. Please call our office if you have any questions regarding our service.
The District employs a General Manager, 2 full time administrative/clerical and 6 full time facility/field operations employees.
The District is governed by a 5 member elected Board of Directors. Each Director may serve a 4 year staggered term. Elections are held in even numbered years. State election laws apply. Can not deny right to vote based on a delinquent account.

Be sure to vote in the upcoming election. The purpose of the election is to determine the District's ability to use excess revenues for permanent water supply, capital improvements and maintenance. It is not a vote regarding a new tax, nor is it a tax increase. It is simply a vote to allow the District to solidify our community's financial future and increase the value of our homes. All registered voters will be receiving ballots during the month of October. Ballots must be received by November 6, 3001 to be included in the count.

Due to the terrorism that occurred September 11, 2001, the Ditrict has reviewed and increased security with regard to the District's water system. The District has tested security alarm systems and have added additional monitoring to ensure the safety of the District's water supply. A district wide lock out has been i plemnted and additional measures are under review.
