District Growth and Improvement

The District is governed by a 5 member elected Board of Directors. Each Director may serve a 4 year staggered term. Elections are held in even numbered years. State election laws apply. Can not deny right to vote based on a delinquent account.

Staff members are available to assist by calling (303)979-7286 Monday-Friday 8:00 to 4:30.

Be sure to vote in the upcoming election. The purpose of the election is to determine the District's ability to use excess revenues for permanent water supply, capital improvements and maintenance. It is not a vote regarding a new tax, nor is it a tax increase. It is simply a vote to allow the District to solidify our community's financial future and increase the value of our homes.
