Hi there! I am new to the Rutherford Community. My fiance has been living here since 2007 but is not as active in the community as I would like both of us to be. I have a few questions and please if anyone has any info I would greatly appreciate a response.
-Is there a particular time of year where the community holds a yard sale?
-Is there an annual gathering, like a block party, that happens at least once a year?
-What happened to the homes back where the train runs near, they look vacant.
-Do all the current and runners up of the Assoc. Officers live in our community?
-If there is one particular neighbor who could provide me more insight out the community, who would that be and how can I reach out to them? phone no.? email? etc.
