Welcome to Rutherford!

As stated in the By-Laws, the objective of the association shall be to promote the safety, education, and general welfare of Rutherford.

The Association has strived to accomplish these objectives as follows:

Safety - We have established and maintained an active Block Watch Program headed by Lynn Pudvan. She has provided reports of police activity in the community at each meeting and has worked as a liaison between the NCC police and our Development. Although we will not make all information public, the association has worked with the NCC police, government representatives and residents directly on resolving specific complaints and issues within the community.

Education - We have provided awareness to the community of upcoming issues that affect the education of our children. This has been accomplished in the form of polls, information provided in Newsletters and Flyers and in providing a forum for the residents to meet with School Board and State Representatives on issues.

General Welfare - We have obtained snow removal services for our development. We have maintained the landscaping of the entrance to Rutherford in a manner that enhances the general appearance of the community.
