SE Newman Neighborhood Watch
Neighbors Helping Neighbors
Neighborhood Watch is one of the most effective and least costly ways of preventing crime and reducing fear. Neighborhood Watch fights the isolation that crime both creates and feeds upon. It forges bonds among area residents, helps reduce burglaries and robberies, and improves relations between police and the communities they serve.
Our Community Goal
Our goal is 50% community involvement in 2008, as of 10/13/08 we are at 12%. In order to reach our goal we need everyone to knock on their neighbor's door, explain to them why you joined and why you would like them to be involve. Now is not a time to be shy, because you know burglars aren't.
