AS OF JULY 30,2002.THIS ORGANIZATION WAS SANCTIONED BY THE CITY OF HOUSTON.THE AREAS TO INCLUDE #71 AND #76 SUPERNEIGHBORHOODS.

FOCUSING ON COMMUNITIES

Newly elected President L.E. Chamberlain will focus his attention on the immediate community needs and concerns.
Constructing collaborative
efforts to enhance our
communications.
First,uniting with the Southeast Coalition of Civic
Clubs to strengthen the bond with community leaders and the City Of Houston.
Second,strengthen the relationship with the Houston
Independent School District as
well as the Houston Community
College System.
Third,to grasp a better understanding with the City Of
Houston Planning Department and help establish a combined force of Solid Waste Inspectors and Neighborhood
Protection Inspectors.By
uniting these two elements,we
can solve many of our problems
by one visit into the community.To enrich the purpose of 311 as a service to the community and the super
neighborhood.
