Southwest Area Partnership (SWAP)
The purpose and function of SWAP is to strengthen and support area neighborhood associations, to identify and solve problems specific to the southwest quadrant of the city of Fort Wayne.
We serve as a bridge between neighborhood associations and public safety and city government.
