Commercial Fa?§ade Program improves storefronts along S. Crenshaw Blvd.
Public Works Improvement to reconstruct damaged areas along Crensaw Blvd. from 52nd to Slauson Ave. Streetscape improvements are also planned.
Housing Rehabilitation to date, 44 grants have been approved or are being processed for $960,000 worth of housing rehabilitation.
Commercial Revitalization a commercial development is planned on the corner of 54th and Crenshaw.
Housing Acquisition sites are currently being identified for a low to moderate/special interest housing development.
