The South Platte Resident's Association is a coalition of the private homeowners at Wholhurst Landing.We have no dues or covenants. We exist to keep our residents informed and to create a united front to government. In the past the assoc. succesfully fought to maintain the open space west of our homes. Currently we are working to improve access to our properties. We need a traffic light at Rowland and Santa Fe. CDOT has already counted traffic entering and leaving the development,and does not have the cars to merit a light.Further when the Newton Trust property south of use is developed we will be funneled to their entrance to Santa Fe with no guarantee of a traffic light! HELP any one work for CDOT? Any ideas?
