The Board of Directors Has Lost their direction

Dear Board of Directors,

As an association member in good standing, I find that your latest stunt involving the removal of the Porch, which is Evidence in a  ongoing District Court case involving my neighbor Richard Reberg 130 east highline Circle #308 without communicating it to the owner, is another example of Incompetence by TMMC and the Board of Directors.

Any work done on the roofs or balconies need to be reported to the Unit owners even though it is considered covered by the association for repair of replacement before the work is done. You have recently done work in my condo unit at 130 East Highline Circle in which you also provided no paper work concerning what was to be done, the actual work and the completed work.

This fly by night operation along with not obtaining permits, not communicating with owners and running around this complex with two unqualified, uninsured and un bonded maintenance personnel should be stopped.

As anyone knows a Good management company is only as good as their communication. Your Non communication in acknowledging complaints, performing rework or replacements with association member owners should alert the Board of Directors to find another management company.

The problem is that TMMC and The Board of Directors have very poor communication skills and never document or inform the owners of the units before, during and after the jobs. They operate as on "impulse" and "Fly by night" with no acknowledgement to the owners on critical issues such as roof leaks or emergency issues.

Like I said in the past,  we pay two maintenance personnel who are not licensed in any trades so we end up contracting  out the work to professional plumbers and electricians and in this case a professional carpenter. So we as a complex,  spend twice the amount we need on common maintenance because its a "Good Old Buddy" club and a Business for TMMC to make money on us.

One day we might wise up and look at the money we are wasting every year and consider putting some aside for the important things like roofs, balconies and paint. We might not make it a few years......

I don't even think that Denise forwards any of my Emails to the Board of Directors for the last year as they stay very far from the issues as Denise acts like a sponge to soak up the complaints and protect the Board of Directors.

I don't expect her or anyone to respond to anything. I do expect more Cease and Desist notices, violation letters as well as courtesy notices as this is the only way our Board and Denise knows how to communicate.

Our Board of Directors really don't know how to communicate with this community as we are left out the picture while Densie makes all the Decisions. She has a great thing going here at Highline Meadows.

I live in a small country that is ran by TMMC. The Board of Directors are puppets of the TMMC Denise controlling machine.  In order to achieve our independence and freedom from being taken to the cleaners we must overthrow this country and take out TMMC.

There are other small countries that live close to Highline Meadows that are joining forces to overthrow the TMMC machine form destroying there community like what has happened here at Highline Meadows.

Together we that are all being controlled by TMMC and Denise will come to the realization that "Enough is Enough" and that this cannot continue. We don't want to be controlled by a substandard property management company who cant Manage.

Together we will pull our resources in a common will to break this chain of addition to TMMC and be free to choose another more respected Management firm that will treat us with respect for our monies, homes and our lives.
