Sadler Ridge Homeowners Association

Each homeowner automatically becomes a member of the Association when they purchase their home within the Sadler Ridge / Cross Creek sub-divisions. The Association is governed by a set of documents called the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions. To download your own copy of this document, go to www.charmeck.org , then click on Departments. Next choose Register of Deeds. You will then be prompted to choose Real Estate Records. Then click on Main Menu. Then click on the Real Estate globe. A form will appear, you will only need to fill in the Grantor / Seller field, type in Sadler Ridge, then hit SEARCH at the bottom of the page. When that pages comes up, look for INST. NO. 1999141542, click on image. This will take several minutes, as the document is 18 pages long. Once it comes up, you may print it for your records.
If you are unable to download your own copy, you may request one from the Board of Directors. From the Homepage, click on Neighborhood Contacts, and you may either call or e-mail a Board member to request your copy.
