The Sadler Ridge Homeowners Association held its 2007 Annual Meeting of the Members on December 4th at 6:30 PM.
Approximately 30 members were present. Proxies for more than 25 were given, so a quorum was made, and the meeting proceeded. Guest included CMPD Community Coordinator Officer Brent Hartley, along with CMPD Animal Control Officer, Amy Alford. They came and shared with attendees about the Crime Statistic, and Animal Control Laws for our community. Diana Kennedy, paralegal from the Law Office of Chris Karrenstein, shared about making Ammendments to out Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. A motion was made to persue this, and all votes were in favor. A committee was formed to plan, promote, and prepare whatever may be necessary to complete this goal. The Associations Treasurer, Jeremy Kay, gave the financial report, Secretary, Hope Jennings read the Board of Director meeting minutes summary for the past year, and Vice President, Fred Tyson shared concerning Landscaping and Architectural Control. Catherine Pickelsimer presided over the meeting. It was once again decided to perticipate in the National Night Out event for 2008. Community Volunteers were recognized for their outstanding support to the community durring 2007. Elections were held for two positions to the Board, beginning January 1, 2008. Those positions will be filled by Jeremy Kay, and Eric Foxx. Requested discussions were reviewed, and the meeting ended on a positive note.
