 I am preparing information to present to an atorney showing the differnces in the snow removal effort between Decatur Ridge and Decatur Commons. It is obious to any observer there was snow removal of the streets in Decatur Ridge while there has been zero snow removal for the streets in Decatur Commons. It is very apparent as of today, 1/8/2025, (with the abundant sunshine) how quickly the snow melted from the streets in Decatur Ridge while if any melting of snow from the Decatur Commons streets.

My objective in working with an attorney on this issue is to recover my homeowner association fees. It is my intent to charge the responsible company with negligence and failure to meet their responsibilities of snow removal associated with the homeowner fees.
