San Francisco West Board members are elected once each year at the Annual meeting held in September. Board members are here to serve you and to help make our community the best it can be!

The Board invites and encourages all community members to get involved in our community, to participate in meetings, to join committees, and to attend events.

Board Meetings

San Francisco West Homeowner's Association Board Meetings are held once each month, generally on the last Monday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Hammersmith Management office. All Homeowners and residents are invited to attend. Contact Hammersmith Management to confirm dates and times for meetings.

About our association

San Francisco West Homeowner's Association

It is an exciting time to live in San Francisco West! The San Francisco West Homeowner's Association is made up of all homeowners of townhomes in the San Francisco West community. The Board of Directors for the Association invites and encourages all homeowners and all residents of the community to participate in community meetings, committees, and events.

Join a San Francisco West Committee!

One way you can get involved is through our committees! We are starting committees this year and we need you!

Last year, the "Community Committee" sponsored the 2002 Kickoff to Summer pool party and a Community Yard Sale to benefit the American Diabetes Association. The committee is working on another Summer Party and more events for 2003!

The Board is starting up several more committees--including a Finance Committee, a Landscape Committee, a Safety Committee, and more. If you are interested in one of these committees, or if you have other ideas, please contact Client Services at Hammersmith Management for more information!

Hammersmith Management Company

The maintenance of our buildings, roofs, pool, landscaping, contracts, etc. is coordinated for us by Hammersmith Management Company. The Board works closely with Hammersmith to make sure that our community is the best it can be.
