About Our Association

Sand Lake Pointe consists of 436 lots all owned fee simple. Amenities include a clubhouse, two tennis courts, boat ramp, dock and gazebo and tot lot playground. An electric gate controls vehicle access to the recreation area.

The annual assessment for 2002 is $385 per lot and is due and payable on February 1, 2002. Assessments not collected by March 1, 2002 are considered delinquent.

A gate card for vehicle access to the recreation area is available by sending a $10 non-refundable fee to:

A key to the tennis court is also available by sending a $10 refundable deposit to the same address. Please note only one card and one key per household are being issued at this time.

The Annual Meeting was held on April 15, 2002 and the following were elected to the Board. Their offices are also shown.

The current board meeting schedule is 7:00pm on the third Monday of each month at the clubhouse. Watch the bulletin boards at the mailboxes for meeting notices.
