Hi,
My next door neighbor is renting out a room in her house to a woman who smokes. Our houses are so close together that I am constantly smelling her smoke. I can't keep my door and windows closed all the time and frankly, even when I do the smoke seeps in.
The tenant also has parked her RV in my neighbors driveway. It is not blocking the sidewalk but it is a total eyesore and has been parked there unmoved since May.
I have spoken directly to them both and they basically said too bad, it's private property and they can do what they want. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
