Welcome

The Savannah Lakes community was established March 5, 1998.  The Savannah Lakes Property Owner's Association, Inc. was established on April 21, 2007 when the direction of the orginization was turned over from the developers to the residents.

Our community consist of 181 homes in 4 divisions.  Division 5 started in early 2014 adding 32 new homes.  The developer responsible for the latest expansion is Taber Homes.

Our neighborhood has 2 lakes (with fish), a community swimming pool for residents only, walking paths around the lakes with bridges and sidewalks with street lighting.

Today, the POA is governed by the by-laws and covenants in place.  The Board consists of 6 members which are elected by the residents.  Board officers take on different responsibilities in specific areas of activity which include; maintenance/grounds, secretary/treasurer, architectural issues, special projects, contract review and covenant/by-law issues.
