Scarsdale Estates Association

The Scarsdale Estates area was officially recorded with the State of Illinois on September 12, 1941. By 1948, sixteen homes had been built. On April 10, 1948, the sixteen proerty owners met and formed a corporation called the Scarsdale Estates Improvement Association. In 1958, the name was changed tot he current Scarsdale Estates Assocaiontion. In 1982 , the home owners on Beverly were invited to join the Association and are now active members.
