We are small in size, which makes for a nice place to live. We have 33 units, most owner lived in. All brick construction which means low maintenance. One two story frame building with four units. Unit #4 is owner lived in. Units 1,2,3 are rentals. We have Green Belts including mature landscaping which makes for more spacious living. We have a number of markets within a short drive of of our property which is certainly convenient. Also, Poudre Valley Hospital is within a four mile radius. We do not have a Club House or Pool which helps us to keep our maintenance fee low. Also, we are within one mile of the Foothills Fashion Mall.

STANFORD APARTMENTS

We are directly across from the Stanford Apartment complex, some 100 apartments. These are well maintained and controlled.

Whispering Pines

We are directly behind, to the south of Whispering Pines which faces on Drake. These are also well maintiained units.

About our association

SCOTCH HIGHLANDS CONDO ASSOC.

Our Association was started in the later part of 1985. The Board of Directors consists of five members, one woman and four men, all volunteers. It is the job of the Board members to attend to the business matters of the Association and help to insure that the quality of life for the residents is maintained.

KEEP ABREAST

Be sure and read your covenants and bylaws and stay informed. Also, it is important that you attend the annual meetings and help to guide the direction of the Association.
