Second Start Community Garden
Roots of the Future Growing Hope
SSCG is a community gardening project in Longmont, CO. Gardeners may lease a plot of land for the growing season. The garden is all organic, with community composting bins and tool sheds. SSCG is the vision of Keith Williamson.
Availability
Plots are priced at a sliding scale from $50 per season for those making more than $30,000 per year, and $20 per season for those making less. Plots are approximately 20' X 20', and are on a first-come-first-served basis.
Location
Second Start Community Garden is located at the terminus of 11th Street going east from Main St. in Longmont, CO. Parking is permitted in the cul-de-sac on the north side. Please call Liz Slokar at (303) 682-1279 or Jon Clarke at (303) 651-8721 for more details.
