Nesting now
I'd like to go with solution #2. Seems the most cost effective, yet we all have to do this or they will just move next door. Perhaps new houses also need to be have pidgeon barriers built in (tack on another $1,000 for upgrade). I currently have 2 nests with babies in them, so I'm going to wait until they leave the nest.I should have had the nests removed sooner, just didn't get to it, and they are in real tricky places to get to.Is this going to be a community wide effort? Terri, are you coordinating? Maybe a call to Paula Uhlir to get an article in the next newsletter.
