WEITZER SERENA LAKES HOMES HOA, INC.
SERENA LAKES AREA
There are three lakes, within the Serena Lakes area. There are also 2 small county parks (including an aftercare facility) and a magnet school which is called Aamons Middle School. The area has quite a few open spaces which creates a visually pleasant place to live.

Included within the Serena Lakes area is a condominium association which comprises of townhomes.
About our association
WEITZER SERENA LAKES HOMES HOA, INC.
The homeowners association comprises of 452 single-family homes in which the first phase of the development was built in 1993 through 1994. The community is split into two sections in which the homes are set around two lakes, each lake being about 6 and 8 acres in size. There are 76 estate homes within the first phase of the development and the rest are patio homes.
