Settlers Crossing HOA

I was @ the meeting...It went well. The due increase is a good thing. It will help with the things we need. Can't wait!

Unfortunately, I missed the meeting this past December.  My only question about the dues increasing is what has been done to collect all the delinquent home owners dues still outstanding?  I know in the past, there has been a fair number or residents that had not paid. 

What are the new dues for 2009?

I know they filed liens as well as sent major deliquencies to collections.  The only ones that can't be recouped are the foreclosures that have happened.
