Thanks Fred.  That is a cost of living increase and that is what had originally heard.  I didn't go to the meeting this year, but if there were projects discussed that need to be done (re-staining perimeter fence, repaving asphalt around pond, etc.), was there any discussion about doing a one time special assessment to cover the costs of these projects?

No, but it is a GOOD idea...things need to be done but the dues will not cover all (unless we can get all the bottom-feeders that don't pay their dues to meet their obligation).
