The neighborhood - A wonderful paradise close to the city
It is a beautiful neighborhood where the houses are built on heavily timbered lots. There are a number of deer that have made the neighborhood their home and a large number of homeowners feed the deer. The large variety of birds adds to the feeling of being in a forest far away from cities. At the same time we are 5 miles from grocery stores, fast food chains and banks.
Shadow Lake Hills Home Owners Association dues
The Homeowners Association dues are a mandatory fee of $200/yr. The officers are President, Secretary and Treasurer. There are block representives and a social committee.
