Shadow Mountain Homeowners Association, Inc. is a non-profit and voluntary organization dedicated to promoting community harmony and cooperation among all its residents. Our purpose is to promote safety, maintain property values, the attractiveness of our neighborhood and civility among its residents.

Our goal is to involve all residents and we invite all to participate in SMHA with a spirit of community in the best interest of all.

Your board of directors appreciates the very high level of voluntary support from our residents. We urge you to maintain your membership and participate in ongoing efforts to improve "our neighborhood."
