I moved into the neighborhood a little over a year ago and my realtor told me the wood fence around the back yard was ours/belonged to my house. One of my neighbors has chain link around the other sides of his yard and recently removed the chain link on our side. His grand kids keep kicking a soccer ball against the fence and tried to climb over our gate the other day, I told them to stop and now my neighbor told us the fence is his because of the way it faces. I am waiting on the survey papers from my realtor to prove it is on our property line and have sent e-mail asking what regulations our neighborhood has and what I can do about people behaving this way. I'd like your opinions too, though, and am curious how you all would react in this situation.
