Okay, so they revitalize Lowry. What happens then? Have they just created a new upscaled hangout for the thug elements? Is the stretch running parallel to Lowry and 1 block south going to remain a slum strip with boarded up houses and crumbling rentals hidden behind the revitalization? I've never understood how a revitalized section is supposed to make the filth just go away when it is a problem area blocks deep right next to it. Also curious to see what is in the plans.
Every time I have to detour around that way I thank God I live on the McKinley side.
