Speeders on Demery & Gardere

It is normally always the same people especially on Gardere Dr...there is an older blue suburban (white male) that consitently is driving over 50 MPH down that street. I have contacted Bryan Wooley, City Councilman, about getting speed bumps installed on Gardere...and also having radar run on our street. I hate speed bumps but it beats having a child hit by a driver speeding.....

Well, the Shreveport Police finally ran radar on Gardere and issued some tickets for speeding. The word must have spread fast as most of the cars slowed way down which is the way it should be every day. Please keep our children safe, SLOW DOWN all the time-not just when they are running radar and handing out tickets.....
