About Sierra Sunrise Owners Association

Sierra Sunrise Owners' Association consists of 125 homes located between 90th and 91st Streets and Larkspur and Sweetwater. Our annual assessment is $144 payable the first day of each year. We are governed by the Board of Directors which consists of seven homeowners from our community. The Annual Owners' Meeting is held the second Wedesday in March.

The current members of the Board of Directors are: President Bob Gwinn: Vice President Mike Ives; Treasurer John Yosick; Secretary Grace Fisher; Members-at-Large Dave Lienweber, Sheldon Cohen and John Pearson.

Sierra Sunrise Owners' Association consists of 125 single family homes. The Board of Directors currently consists of seven members elected to three year terms by the owners. We are currently under contract with Osselaer Management located at 532 E Maryland, Phx AZ 85012. Judy O'Clair is our Account Manager. She may be reached at 602-277-4418. The Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of each month except July, August and December.
