Ski Haven Lake Estates was developed back in the early 1970's. We are a non-profit organization with annual dues and By-laws. Annual dues are for Road and Lake Maintenance. There is an annual meeting held by the Association Board every Spring which is open to all Association members.

Nestled in the great Pocono Mountains in northeast Pennsylvania, Ski Haven Lake Estates is home to over 75 families from all over the country. Our seasonal and permanent residents enjoy a community that is close to Interstate 80, the Martz Pocono Station, and the Crossings Outlets.
