Will be held at: St Paul?’s Church (on the corner of school house road and upper Swiftwater road) in the basement.

Date: Sunday May 6, 2007

Time: 1pm


It is important for all members to attend this year. There have been a lot of changes in the past year and there will be more in this upcoming year. We will be voting on several issues and the more input we receive from members the better. Since we will be voting on important matters the board has decided to accept mail in votes for those unable to attend. All mail in votes must be post-marked 10 days prior to our meeting to be counted. Please note that you have one vote per lot. Earlier this year in our 1st Newsletter we did request members to vote on a couple of these issues. We received only 10 responses, not enough. These issues will be voted on again at the annual meeting and those who returned the forms your votes will be added to the final count. All matters voted on at the meeting will go into effect immediately. Any changes to the by-laws will go into effect once a lawyer has revised them.

There will be 4 board seats open this year. I encourage anyone who is interested in becoming a member and willing to volunteer their time and work hard to make this a better community please come to this meeting. As most of you have noticed the building of homes has taken off and we need serious hard working people on the board.
