Somerset Master Association
Somerset is located in beautiful Valrico, Florida, -off State Road 60 East and Mulrennan Road on the East side of Brandon, -conveniently located approximately a half hour outside of Tampa and within an hour's drive East to Orlando.
The community consists of 599 single family homes built by Lennar, US Home and Windward Homes. Amenities include an open-air cabana, swimming pool, children's wading pool, playground, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and a multi-purpose field.
Somerset is a deed restricted community governed by a homeowner elected Board of Directors. The Board employs a management company, RealManage, to manage the day-to-day affairs of the community. The Board meets monthly to make decisions for the community on behalf of the homeowners.
