Southface Community Association

Southface is a beautiful Rockrimmon neighborhood nestled in the bluffs just across from Ute Valley Park. Gorgeous views of Pikes Peak, the park, and the bluffs can be found from nearly every street. The location of the neighborhood allows easy access to stores and the interstate, while still offering the feeling of a scenic mountain town.

The Southface Community Association is our neighborhood organization, responsible for covenant compliance, maintenance of the common areas, Association finances, and more. The Association exists to serve members of the community and ensure that neighborhood issues and residents'' concerns are addressed. In 1999, the Southface Association Board consists of the following members.
