Neighbors, please remember that covenants are in place to make Southface a beautiful place to live and to maintain the value of all of our homes. The Board is planning
to begin enforcement of common offenses, such as those mentioned below. All offenses are subject to fine. If offending homeowners do not comply with covenants
within 30 days, the Board has the right to make repairs and/or improvements to meet covenants and forward all charges to homeowners. Thanks for your cooperation.
House and Lots must be maintained
Per Section 5.1, Building and Ground Maintenance, all houses and lots must be maintained. For example, if spring storms have damaged your roof, you must get it fixed, in accordance with Southface covenants.
Dead trees and shrubs must be replaced
If trees or shrubs have died during the winter, they must be replaced, per Section 5.1, Building and Grounds Maintenance.
Attractive side of fences must face out. If building a new fence, please be aware that the good side of the fence must face out and be visible to the street and to your neighbors.
Trash Container and other items must be kept out of sight from road or side of house
Fines are to begin immediately for violations.
