Who We Are

Southwest Neighborhood Association,is a diverse Austell Southwest Neighborhood, embrace an association of concerned neighbors who have volunteered to help promote safty, security and quality-of-life issues for all membera of our community. The association shall be open to any person who lives and/or owns any real property within the recognized boundaries of the association may include homeowners, renters,apartment residents, business owners, schools and church officals. Other individuals may become members if they have an interest in the goals and purpose of the neighborhood.

Southwest Neighborhood Association is NOT a homeowners association, and we wield no power over personal property, or the use of such property. We are simply your neighbors attempting to help perserve the quality of life we all deserve.

What We Do

As residents of the Southwest Neighborhood Association(SWNA) we strive to secure a safe and attractive neighborhood by eliminating adverse activity and maintaining neighborhood preservation standards. SWNA seeks to promote the best interests of the residents. Some member of SWNA are involved in many community activities designed to maintain and improve our neighborhood, as well as bring all of our neighbors closer together.
