The Speakman Townhomes Civic Association is comprised of the Speakman Place Townhomes Community. Speakman Place Townhomes is an exciting new community located in the heart of Northeast Wilmington. The townhomes are located across from Speakman Park and is conveniently located near major roadways, highways and downtown Wilmington.

The Civic Association is made up of townhome residents volunteering their time for various positions. The association meets on the first Tuesday of each month to discuss any neighborhood problems and improvements.

The Civic Association is always looking for more participation from the neighborhood. Feel free to contact the President or Vice-President of the association or attend a meeting.
