Information About Spring Branch Oaks

Spring Branch Oaks is a lovely, deed restricted neighborhood of 274 homes conveniently located in Spring Branch near Memorial City, Town & Country, and minutes away from the Galleria. Original homes are well kept. Some have been refurbished or replaced with upscale new homes. A new Harris County pocket park with a gazebo and children's play equipment is located in the subdivision.

Spring Branch Oaks, Inc. is a Property Owners Association. The annual assessment fee is a surprisingly low $20. Deed Restrictions are posted on the website and are enforced by the Spring Branch Oaks Deed Restrictions Oversight Committee (DROCOM).

We have a lovely subdivision. We are hoping that those who buy our properties will purchase them for their own homes and not for rental property. Last, but not least, we hope that new property owners will get involved in our civic association. They will find that our SBOCA General Membership Meetings are not about controversy. We have the DROCOM Committee to handle conflicts that may arise. Our meetings are, in large, to get to know and stay connected with each other, receive reports, ask questions and get answers, have open friendly discussions, make suggestions, vote when the occasion arises, hear a guest speaker; have coffee, cookies, etc. and conversation before and after the meetings, and leave with an appreciation for each other and glad that we came.

About our association

Spring Branch Oaks & Saddle/Spur Subdivisions

The Spring Branch Oaks Civic Association was established in 1952. All property owners in the Spring Branch Oaks Subdivision and the Saddle/Spur Subdivision are members of our Civic Association.

Our Deed Restrictions are enforced.

Officer Nominations

Nominations Committee is approved at the General Membership Meeting each August.

Officer Elections

Elections for Officers are held each year at the October General Membership Meeting. Officers are installed at the November General Membership Meeting.
