Springdale is a NESCO community located between Jefferson (W)to Rural (E) and Brookside Parkway South Drive (N) to 10th Street (S). We are the home to Treasured Homes and Land Conservancy, the Urban Renovator, People's Garden, and Dewey's Garden, along with many historical properties and friendly neighbors. There will soon be a Springdale Conservancy on Jefferson street for all to relax and admire a green space.
We have many fellow friends of K.I.B. who help to keep our neighborhood clean and full of trees.
Springdale may be a small community, but it is a vibrant one.
