Welcome to The Springs
We are located in Nixa, Mo. The community is located just down the street from the Nixa Community Center. It's a great place to live, work and play.
The Springs History
The Springs was developed by Ballard Properties Development, LLC. The Springs Homeowners Association was estblished on August 1, 2003.
The Springs Homeowners Association Board Members
The Springs Homeowners Association Board Members are all residence of The Springs Community. They are all volunteers dedicated to making The Springs a better place to call home. Many hours are invested to insure the community is well maintained.
Dues in the amount of $58 annually are collected from each homeowner to pay for: water, electric, grounds keeping, maintenance to the water wheel, and insurance for the pond.
