Springs of Glenmary Village
A Multi-Generation Community
Since The Springs of Glenmary Village consists of patio homes and 2-story condominiums there is a natural mixture of generations. Many of the residents are retired but we have residents who are first time homeowners.
About our Association
The Springs of Glenmary Village was established in late 2004 when its first residents moved in. In 2011 the Association became a reality. Development continued for several years with three different developers. We are now completed, and we are self-managed except for financial matters.
We strive to be a community of respectful residents who look out for each other when needed. There are a few groups that meet regularly for socialization. Currently, sales are brisk when a unit becomes available.
