landscape contract

Posted in: Braewood
The landscape company has been neglecting more than half of our entry. The contract states they will trim the bushes 12 times per year and they have not been trimmed at all this year. What is the next step to take to insure we are getting what we are paying for?

This has happened before

This is not the first time this has happened. I have addressed this issue with the management company in the past. The answer I got was that it was working and it took a long time to resolve this simple problem. Reality is that the management company should catch this breach of contract in the inspection that they are required to accomplish on our neighborhood could be we have two problems here not one. Thanks

Landscape Contract

I actually saw them do some trimming, however I would say it is the responsibility of all of us to notify the Management company of any discrepancies. That is who we are paying. If they start to recieve the notices from all, maybe they will move a bit quicker.

New Landscaper?

We also have not been happy with what the current landscaper has provided. Our landscaper, who has done our yard for over two years said he would entertain doing it, but we had nothing to offer as to what the terms might possibly be. If that is not possible at this time, let us know. He will be here on Thursday, and we could talk with him, but would need more details.

Thanks,
