Update
AMS contacted Green Grass after several complaints from homeowners.
There were some problems this past winter and early spring with trimming up the landscaping. But for the most part Green Grass has taken care of most of the issues and it's looking pretty good out along Cibolo Valley Dr.
We recently added an irrigation inspection/maintenance agreement to our Green Grass contract and I have also requested to walk through the area with their manager to address any further issues.
The landscape contract is posted on this site for all to see, so keep your eyes out and don't hesitate to send Sandra Vela an email if something is not being done. You may also post a note here in the discussion area when you see GG on the property.
