Stonegate Terrace Information

The Stonegate Terrace community was developed and built by Stonegate Homes, LLC., Steve Caldwell builder/owner, beginning in 1998. The gated community consists of 36 Mediterranean style homes with soaring ceilings, cozy custom interiors, dramatic stucco and stone exteriors and elegant tile roofs. The community is centrally located in Colorado Springs, being bordered on the South by Maizeland, the East by Murray Blvd. and the North by South Carefree Circle. Access to the new Powers shopping corridor is just minutes away. The Penrose Community Medical Center with supporting medical staff is just around the corner.

Residents enjoy many social activities within the community including a book club, golf outings, monthly ladies luncheon, Labor Day Picnic, and Christmas Party. During the summer months a roving Flamingo in a resident's yard indicates that a neighborhood get-together is being hosted where everyone brings their favorite appetizer and beverage and enjoys a couple of hours of social interaction.
