Effective January 1, 2000, Attwood-Phillips, Inc. is the management company for Sturbridge. Their responsibility is to collect assessments, disperse funds to vendors and suppliers, coordinate maintenance contracts, maintain the common elements and amenities and aid the Board of Directors in enforcing the restrictions for the community.
