Our Vision:
“To provide a safe, clean neighborhood to be proud to live in and raise our families.”

"To work together to improve upon and maintain the quality of life enjoyed by the residents of the Sugar Hill community.”

Our Goals:
•To encourage increased participation in the development of the Sugar Hill Home Owner’s Association and neighborhood activities through positive communication.

•To create/update neighborhood association bi-laws that are in line with county ordinances, city and state laws and have been voted on and approved by a majority of Home Owner’s in the Sugar Hill Community.
•To work in partnership with Rockdale County Police Department to create a working Neighborhood Watch program.

oIncrease police visibility.
oSignificantly decrease crime in the Sugar Hill Subdivision.
•Restore & maintain all entrance signs and landscaping.
•Work in partnership with local government officials to enforce county ordinances that directly relate to residential speed limits, noise ordinance, animal control, loitering, littering and curfew.
•Work in partnership with local government officials in the restoration of street signs; creation of speed bumps, and the maintenance of street lights.
•To increase Sugar Hill’s neighborhood influence on local officials and staff through participation in local government events and meetings.
•To address the neighborhood concern of vacant homes, property maintenance and any other disturbances that have a direct effect on property values in this community.
