Sugar Hill Block Association

The Sugar Hill Block Association (SHBA) aims to improve the quality of life on the 400 block of West 154^th Street between Amsterdam and St Nicholas Avenues.

As part of the Hamilton Heights/Sugar Hill Northwest Historic District, SHBA also specifically works to preserve the historical character and culture of the neighborhood and to address issues that promote a cleaner, safer block with closer community relationships through neighborly interaction and to build and maintain strong relationships with government and community agencies.
