The Development of Summer Place Village

Silver Gate Construction started their development of Summer Place Village in 1983. The first phase of development inlcuded 100 homes. The second phase continued to grow until it reached the maximum number of lots which totals 217 in the village.

Summer Place Village HOA Board Members

The home owners association is voted in by the home owners of Summer Place Village.

The board consists of a President, Vice President and Treasurer plus three members.

Summer Place Village Home Owners

The home owners responsiblity is to keep the neighborhood appearance well kept and maintained.
The HOA has a landscaper who comes weekly and completely maintains all of the common front yard areas.

The community pool area is maintained by a pool company for the enjoyment of the owners.

Once a year the HOA walks through the village to see if the homes meet the CC&R's.
