I have lived in RSC for  12 yrs., and i have grdually seen it go down hill as far who is to follow our by laws and who is not.  I am sick of seeing the yards look like crap with weeds and god knows what else.  I take care of my lawn an i expect everyone else to follow what the by laws are.  I am tired of seeing the cars in the street, that is why you have a driveway!!  Use it!!!  Our board needs to step up and take action.  Make these people cut their lawns, park where they should  (we do have a storage lot!!)  and keep the mailboxes presentable.  This neighborhood looks nothing like it did when i moved in 12 yrs. ago.  If i were looking for a house, it not be in this neighborhood. 

Whoever is in charge needs to to do the right thing.  It you have to fine them, well do it...our home values are decreasing because knowone is keeping up with the by laws.  And i am sure i am not the only one that feels this way. If you have dogs, pls cleen up after them.  All i ask is that we all try to take care of what we have...and that the board ENFORCES IT!!!! That is what they are supposed to do...

Do you happen to have a copy of the bylaws?  Most of the new families do not have a copy and we need one in order to hold the board accountable!  Please forward this to riversidechase@gmail.com!

I complete agree.

The sad thing is that both Sara and I ran for office at the annual HOA meeting and were not elected. 

I think we care more about this community the the whole board together.  They do nothing they say they will, but then come up with reason why they don't.

I have asked 5 times for the a copy of the bylaws and have yet to receive a copy.

They asked for help at the meeting and both Sara and I have offered, yet they do not reply. 

All I ask is if you are tired of the current board, then come this November help S and I get elected on the the board and you will see change.

Hey Sara....i think we have a copy of the by laws.  I will need to locate them.  Once i locate them i will let you know and get you a copy.  I am tired of the same board members being elected all the time.  Because nothing is being done.  What positions are open on the board??????
