I agree. My family and I go on walks almost every night and we have noticed how many trashy looking houses there are. It is very disheartening to try to keep you home looking nice, and your neighbors ruin it by leaving their home look terrible! I agree that we need a new committee, or at least get the current one to actually do something about these eyesores!

WHO READS THE E-MAIL? I SENT ONE A FEW WEEKS AGO ABOUT A YARD THAT I HAVE TO LOOK AT EVERY DAY, STILL NO ANSWER... I GUESS MY NEXT STEP IS THE CITY OF GREER TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY CITY  ORDINANCES ABOUT IT.

  If you sent the e-mail to the riversidechasehoa@hotmail.com then I can not answer that.  I have send e-mail for months before i get a reply.  If you send a request to riversidechase@gmail.com you will get answer.  Sara created this address for the home homers who would like to get a reply.  We are not the offical HOA, but we can find the answer or atleast give you a reply.
